Not a central air install but a mini-split. Installed in an older home with window units. Wow! I can’t thank Zack enough for fixing our furnace on such short notice! Not only did he come out on Saturday to diagnose the issue, but he also explained everything, told me about the tests he was running and the ranges we wanted to see, etc. He then had the parts ordered and installed Monday night. I never experienced such a quick turnaround with anyone else. He is professional and courteous, and I will definitely use him again!

He provided thorough estimates of a couple of different brands of units. He answered all of my questions to help me decide on the best unit for me. He explained everything that he was doing during the removal of the old system and the installation of the new one. He was open to answering any and all questions during the process. Price was reasonable, but Zack does not take personal checks and was not made aware of this beforehand. Overall very satisfied with work and would use company in the future.
